ALL ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Sales and Lettings Negotiator in branch you will be supporting our clients with expert advice as you guide them through the sales or letting process – whether as a vendor or an applicant. You will build trusted relationships with both with your clients and external stakeholders to provide a smooth journey as we uphold the ‘Karl Tatler Way’. Your role will be varied and no two days are the same – you will be arranging market appraisals and property viewings, negotiating offers, keeping clients informed of progress, gathering feedback after viewings and ensuring legal compliance at all times.
You will be joining an established and supportive team in branch with uncapped commission and regular professional development available. We have a staff bar in head office and regular fully funded team social events throughout the year for you to enjoy time with your colleagues across the business.
